All payments made to Zealblaze are subject to the terms outlined below. By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of customized digital services, refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Service was not initiated within the agreed timeframe due to our fault

The delivered service significantly deviates from the agreed scope and we are unable to resolve the issue after reasonable attempts
Any approved refund will be processed only after internal review and confirmation.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:

Custom software development, web or mobile app development once work has started

UI/UX design, cloud setup, DevOps, QA, or consulting services already delivered or partially delivered

One-time setup fees, discovery sessions, audits, or strategy consultations

Third-party costs (licenses, hosting, tools, APIs, subscriptions, etc.)

Delays or dissatisfaction caused by incomplete inputs, delayed feedback, or changes in requirements from the client side
